About Tina

I am Italian born and raised, Australian educated and I’ve lived for extended periods of time in Dubai where I commenced my counselling.

I have moved and lived between three cultures, the Italian culture, the Middle Eastern culture and the Australian culture. And I’ve also had the good fortune of travelling widely and practicing my conversational French, Spanish and Arabic.

I am currently living some periods of the year in Perth, Western Australia and some periods in Italy, in Puglia where I was born.

It is this lived experience that has given me an appreciation of, sensitivity to and awareness of culture and its impact on the individual.

I am the mother of two adult children, who grew up as Third Culture kids. This experience, my early career as a high school teacher, and targeted studies have predisposed me to have a keen interest in parenting education. In the 2000s, I delivered many parenting seminars at various venues in Dubai.

I love studying and seeking to understand human behaviours. Therapeutic work is my ongoing passion, my purpose and my way of being of service. I also love art, water colour painting, reading, poetry and spiritual materials.

After seeing many psychologists over the years, Tina stands out—her professionalism, empathy, and practical guidance are unmatched.”
